Patrick Mendes and Thais Mendes' divorce is final, Starcasm exclusively reports

90 Day Fiancé stars Patrick Mendes and Thais Mendes are officially divorced.

The Decree of Divorce was officially filed in Nevada District Court earlier today. As Starcasm was the first to report, Patrick filed a Request for Summary Disposition for a Decree of Divorce without a Hearing on Thursday.

We are currently working on getting additional details from the decree filing.

UPDATE – Below are highlights from the terms of the divorce, including custody, child support, division of assets and debts, and alimony/spousal support.

• Patrick and Thais will share joint legal custody of their three-year-old (soo to be four) daughter Aleesi.

• Patrick and Thais will share joint physical custody of Aleesi. The custodial timeshare schedule is:

Week One: Thais has Aleesi from Saturday at 12:00 p.m. through Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. Patrick has Aleesi from Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. through Sunday at 12:00 p.m.

Week Two: Thais has Aleesi from Sunday at 12:00 p.m. through Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. Patrick has Aleesi from Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. through Saturday at 12:00 p.m.

• Any travel outside the United States with Aleesi will require the prior written consent of both parents. The traveling parent will provide a complete itinerary and emergency contact information in advance, and the parties will cooperate regarding possession of Aleesi’s passport.

• Patrick is responsible for the cost of child care, which exceeds the amount he would be required to pay in child support. “Accordingly, Dad’s Child Support obligation is set at $0.00.”

• Patrick gets the 2006 Honda Ridgeline.

• Thais gets the 2022 Tesla Model Y. Patrick is required to sign the tile for the Tesla over to Thais within 12 months.

• Each party retains sole ownership of any bank accounts, retirement plans, etc. that are currently in his or her name.

• “Each Party shall be solely responsible for any debts held in his or her individual name and shall indemnify and hold the other Party harmless therefrom.” (This one is particularly important given Patrick’s debts.)

• Patrick is “solely responsible for any IRS or joint tax liability, including the debt associated with the Parties’ 2025 tax return and any resulting tax, penalties, and interest.”

• “Neither Party shall be awarded Spousal Support/Alimony.”
