90 DAY FIANCÉ Shea’s daughter Abigail arrested for DUI twice in the past year EXCLUSIVE
90 Day Fiancé star Shea McGuire and his family have quite the collective rap sheet. Starcasm previously reported on the arrests of Shea, his ex-wife Nicole, and his daughter Madison. We can now reveal that Shea’s daughter, Abigail Collins, has been arrested multiple times, including two DUI arrests in the past twelve months.
According to police reports exclusively obtained by Starcasm, Abigail was arrested for DUI and failure to drive in proper lanes in Portland, Connecticut on November 29, 2025. Four months later, she was arrested again in Wethersfield, Connecticut for DUI and disorderly conduct. The disorderly conduct charge was because Abigail reportedly pulled her pants down and urinated in the police department parking lot.
In between the DUI arrests, there was another non-DUI incident resulting in a third booking for Abigail.
ABIGAIL COLLINS 1ST DUI ARREST 10/29/2025
Abigail Collins was arrested by Portland Police on November 29, 2025. According to the police report, Abigail was observed tailgating another vehicle and crossing over the right white line multiple times over a two-minute span.
One of the times Abigail crossed over the white line, “she continued traveling farther into the shoulder and almost collides with a steel guardrail,” the report states.
More from the report:
The vehicle then traveled onto the white line at 01:56:49AM crossing back into the shoulder, and traveling across the front entrance of St. Clements Castle (1931 Portland-Cobalt Road). While traveling across the entrance in the shoulder, the vehicle then nearly strikes another steel guardrail at 01 :56:57 AM, riding along it, and eventually traveling back into the travel lane at 01 :57:04AM.
The officer pulled Abigail over and conducted a traffic stop.
I asked Abigail if she had anything to drink at her friend’s house, and she stated “no, not for the last few hours”, and I asked her if she had any beforehand and she paused for a few seconds and stated “no.”
At this time, based on my observations through speaking with Abigail, her slurred speech, bloodshot and glassy eyes, an odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from inside her vehicle, and observed driving behavior, I asked her to step out of the vehicle to participate in Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST).
Abigail did not do well on the field sobriety tests and she was placed under arrest.
While placing Abigail into my cruiser and applying the seatbelt, I could smell an odor of alcoholic beverage emanating from her breath as she was speaking and crying. Abigail requested that her husband be called and informed her that he can be called after.
A search of Abigail’s car turned up “a cup of clear liquid on the back passenger floor with ice and a straw, that appeared to be odorless.”
At the police station, Abigail took a breath test. “Abigail performed the breath chemical test (Test No: 00235) with a first Subject IR of 0.1978 at 02:42AM, and a second Subject IR of 0.1890 at 03:01AM,” the report reveals.
Abigail was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and failure to drive in proper lanes. The case is still open and Abigail is due back in court on September 17.
ABIGAIL COLLINS 2ND DUI ARREST 3/29/2026
Abigail Collins was arrested for DUI again in March after she allegedly pulled into a local police department and urinated in the parking lot.
According to the police report, Abigail was observed pulling into the Wethersfield Police Department parking lot just before 3 AM on March 29. From the report:
Wethersfield dispatchers observed a female exit the white sedan and open both doors on the driver’s side. The female then unbuckled her belt, pulled down her pants, and squatted down. It appeared that the female was urinating on the ground right next to her vehicle. The female then pulled up her pants and sat back down in the driver’s seat.
An officer arrived on the scene and observed Abigail in the driver’s seat of the car with the motor still running, and “a puddle of liquid on the ground right below the front driver door.”
The officer asked Abigail if she peed on the ground and she answered that she did not. “But when I asked her why she pulled into the parking lot of WPD, Collins said: ‘Because I was honestly about to f***ing pee my pants, not going to lie.'”
The officer “could smell the odor of alcoholic beverage” coming from Abigail. He also “observed that her movement was slow and lethargic, and her eyes were glossy.”
The officer had Abigail perform a series of field sobriety tests, which she did not pass. “Based on Collins’ failure to perform the SFSTs to standards, she was placed under arrest.”
Officers searched Abigail’s car and “an open and half-full White Zinfandel box wine was observed on the floorboard of the rear passenger seats. On the front passenger seat, a small empty nip bottle of fireball was observed inside an open paper bag.”
At the police station, Abigail agreed to take breathalyzer tests. “At 0338 hours, she provided sample #1, which resulted in a ‘0.1680 BAC’. At 0357 hours, she provided sample #2, which resulted in a ‘0.1572 BAC’.”
Abigail was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and disorderly conduct (for urinating in the parking lot). The case is still open and Abigail is due back in court on September 9.
ABIGAIL COLLINS 3RD ARREST 3/29/2026
The arrest report from Abigail Collins’ Wethersfield DUI reveals yet another booking for the 28-year-old:
A COLLECT check of Collins revealed that she had an active warrant out of New London, CT. Wethersfield dispatch confirmed the warrant with the New London Police Department. Officer Larose transported Collins to CSP Troop K without incident, in order to meet with New London Police personnel. Custody of Collins was subsequently transferred to Officers from the New London Police Department.
Police records confirm Abigail Collins was booked by New London Police on March 29, 2026 — the same day as her Wethersfield DUI arrest.
Court records reveal the warrant and resulting arrest stemmed from an incident on March 8. Abigail was charged with the following:
Illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension
Operating a motor vehicle with a handheld device (phone)
Failure to drive in proper lane
Interfere with an officer/resisting
Starcasm has been investigating Abigail’s arrests since May. This case was still current as of May 23 with a court date scheduled for June 1. VINE indicates the case was disposed on August 10, but there is no additional information.
The case is no longer listed in the Connecticut court database.
ABIGAIL COLLINS PRIOR ARRESTS IN KENTUCKY
Prior to her multiple DUI arrests in Connecticut, Abigail Collins was booked at least twice in her home state of Kentucky.
According to jail records, Abigail was arrested on January 15, 2017, and then again on May 17, 2017 — both times for failure to appear. We have included Abigail’s mug shot photos from those arrests above.
Starcasm has been unable to get any additional information about the failures to appear, or the original case(s) that Abigail failed to appear for. There is record of a case against Abigail in Kentucky that appears to be a misdemeanor, but there is no additional information available online.
Credit to Lawd Lukan for being the first to report on Abigail’s arrests. 🫡
