Kim Kardashian welcomed her first child North with boyfriend Kanye West over a month ago. Since then, the professional socialite and baby North West have been in hiding — no red carpet events, no photo shoots, no pop ins on her mom’s new talk show, no trips to the grocery store… no public appearances at all. But earlier today Kim made a virtual appearance on her blog to thank fans for their support and talk about her recent journey into motherhood.
“These past couple of weeks have been filled with the most exciting experiences of my life,” Kim writes in a July 17 blog posting. “I’m enjoying this time to fully embrace motherhood and spend time at home with my family.”
On recent episodes of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim is still pregnant and planning for baby. Although she and Kanye recently bought a new home, their renovation plans didn’t allow for a timely move in and the pair was forced to find a rental until the home was complete.
Kim may not be tweeting or blogging as she used to, but she’s never going to forget about her fans and she made that clear in her new post.
“I’ve been reading all of your messages and want to thank you all for your sweet thoughts and best wishes. It truly means everything to me. I am so blessed to have the support of my family and fans in this beautiful moment.”
