Khloe Kardashian returned the friendly fire she received after posting a picture of her and rumored boyfriend French Montana posing with a gun and bottle of champagne. The photo was reportedly taken during filming for the “They Don’t Love You No More” music video in Florida.
After posting the image on Sunday night — along with the caption “About to go gucci maaannnnnn #MovieSet #JustDifferent — a number of the 7,000 commenters politely noted they didn’t approve.
“Khloe I like you but gun violence is real and nothing to sport for fun. ‘To whom much is given, much is expected’ … I hope to see you rise about where u r now,” one person said.
Another responded to Khloe’s post, “You are a role model!! Alcohol and guns DO NOT MIX.”
Others referenced recent current events involving gun violence and said posts like Khloe’s only glamorize the problem. Although the comments were largely respectful, Khloe indirectly responded five hours later by dismissing people who “break down the spirit of others.”
