We’ve had the third potentially major Blac Chyna baby update in the past two weeks, but are probably still no closer to actually knowing what Blac and Rob are expecting. According to a bevy of new reports, the couple is on track for a girl…unless the other reports are correct, and it’s a boy. And, of course, twins remain in the mix.
As we reported earlier this month, Blac Chyna may or may not be having twins. A pair of reports–one from Hollywood Gossip, the other from Life & Style–first reported the rumor and attached an insider who claimed that Blac was thrilled (and that Kris Jenner was perhaps less taken with the idea). Though Gossip Cop has since reportedly debunked the rumor in an article featuring their own insider, it persists, possibly because fans of Blac and Rob love the idea that there will be two brand-new non-Kim-based Kardashian babies to coo over in a couple more months.
However, Us Magazine has since reported their own Blac Chyna baby update, one which asserts it’s a girl for Blac and Rob. According to that publication, “Rob couldn’t be happier” about his incoming princess, and is presumably also happy that “everything will be on” he and Blac’s upcoming KUWTK spin-off. Furthermore, a family source allegedly said that “Kris has been giving [Rob] baby advice,” and is “bonding with her future daughter-in-law: [Kris and Blac] get excited talking about the baby [girl].”
But not so fast, claims an even newer dispatch from Celebs Now, which quotes none other than Blac Chyna’s father in positing that she and Rob will have a boy. Eric Holland, the 49-year-old father of Blac Chyna, told the publication that “[Blac and Rob] told me the baby’s sex during the visit, all I can say is Rob is excited about the prospect of having a boy.”
It’s worth pointing out, of course, that Eric does not actually, 100%-beyond-the-shadow-of-a-doubt confirm that Blac and Rob are going to have a boy: he only says that one of the two parents is “excited about the prospect.” Eric gave a further non-answer when he talked about the time he and Rob spend together: “Rob and I have been having some good one-on-one time, away from the cameras. “I said, ‘You want a boy don’t you?’ He was like, ‘Yes, yes,’ He seemed very excited about a boy.’”
Blac Chyna’s baby is supposedly due in mid-October.
