Good gracious! Jennifer Del Rio and josh Smith were featured on a single episode of MTV’s 16 and Pregnant but I already feel like I’ve watched an entire season’s worth of drama between the two teens!
If you saw their episode you know that Jennifer and her baby daddy Josh (Joshua Smith) got into a fight while driving together that led to police involvement and Josh’s eventual arrest. After that the couple appeared to smooth things over for a bit before another altercation led to Josh’s bloody nose (and allegations the wound was self-inflicted) and more police intervention. Josh even went as far as to take a restraining order out on Jennifer, preventing her from being within 500 feet of him!
The bloody nose incident seemed to be the final chapter in the couple’s on-again/off-again relationship (as evidenced by Jennifer’s rather clear statement that they were no longer together) but the drama continues on Facebook where the two continue to fight it out in an attempt to win public support for one side or the other.
Eyebrows were raised when Josh alleged Jennifer intentionally got pregnant in an attempt to get on 16 and Pregnant and now he has shared a bit of “proof” of his allegations with a screen captured Myspace message to a former boyfriend.
In the message, addressed to Jewlzs (who Josh identifies as Julian Gonzalez), Jennifer says the following (spelling and grammar errors intact):
your my everything im world my life and now my baby daddy lol. i no we are gunna have our hard times and were gunna want to quite and and get annoyed from each other but now we have each other by our sides the rest of our life.i do believe god made this happen for a reason. and as much as its gunna hurt and be scary we can do this. i love you with all my heart.and im ready to make our relationship better then wat we will ever have.

Josh captioned the photo by stating:
From julian gonzales they guy jennifer dated before she dated me he sent me this … so yeah she “FAKED” a pregnancy with more than just me apparently there were 3 other guys she faked a pregnancy with.. and julian also told me tht she told him she wanted to be on 16 and pregnant
A drama-averse commenter replied to the photo by stating:
Why does it matter if she did that before you? That was before you even dated her. It shouldn’t matter to you. Ya know? I think you should both be mature and quit trying to make eachother look bad, and grow up and take care of those babies!
To which Josh responded:
exactly im showing you how she did this to ppl several times she faked pregnancies with 3 different guys .. this is proof from one guy he sent me this… she told him she was pregnant by him and that they should try and do 16 and pregnant.. this was before i dated her
Other commenters had questions about the message and Josh’s motivation for sharing it to which he had these responses:
it prroves her desperate for the sshow…and hoand what lenghts she went to get on it

its not “blasting er” its showing the truth ppl wanted proof so here it is..
Apparently Jennifer Del Rio caught wind of the post and responded on her Facebook with this statement:
Everyone! Iv been told about josh bashing me. Honestly I don’t care. My children are my number one priority and it’s about there saftey. I’m a mom, I have better and other things to do then bash josh or listen to what he wants to say.He can say whatever. It does NOT hurt me at all.But this page isnt about josh. It’s about the boys and I and MY story. ♥ Jenn
