A match made in speculation heaven!
The big word on the nets is that Ali Fedotowsky doesn’t choose any of her bachelors on The Bachelorette. She’s hinted at this outcome herself in interviews, and even Reality Steve thinks this is the case.
Add this to the fact that she has always expressed that she “fell in love” with Jake Pavelka during her run on The Bachelor, and that Jake himself is newly single, and we have a potential Bachelor-Bachelorette love connection!
When Ali originally left Jake for her job at Facebook, he told the press that she was the “front-runner,” so he may still have feelings for her too.
Ali tells E! Online she hasn’t had contact with Jake since the February “Women Tell All Special.” “I’ve made a decision to move forward in my life,” Ali says. “That just wouldn’t be fair to the guys here, and it took some time, but I’m healed and moved on from Jake.”
When asked if she would give a guy a second chance if he left for his job, and then wanted to come back: “If my feelings were strong enough for him, absolutely. There’s no question in my mind if I’d let him back and if anything, if my feelings were strong enough at the end of the show, I’d go find him.”
I’m gonna go waaaaay out on a limb and seriously exercise my speculative biceps by suggesting that the reason Reality Steve and everyone else has been mostly clueless about what happens in the finale of The Bachelorette this season is because the final taping was super secretive and featured the return of a contrite and apologetic Jake Pavelka! How do you like them apples?!? Assuming the entire thing has been scripted for some time, it would make since that Jake and Vienna have split and Vienna is telling the tabloids she and Jake haven’t been romantically involved for months – because he’s been hung up on Ali! For better or worse, you heard it here first!
Right now there have been two lasting relationships from the last five seasons of The Bachelorette, but The Bachelor is currently at 1 out of 14 (Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney).
