Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans’ hobo ex Kieffer Delp is back behind bars again, this time in the state of Maryland! The last time we heard from Kieffer he was visiting family and friends in New Jersey in between court dates in Oak Island, North Carolina so it’s possible he was drifting back south when he was arrested near Baltimore on August 30.

According to online records, Kieffer is being held at Anne Arundel County Detention Center and is facing five misdemeanor drug charges. He has a scheduled court date of September 20, 2011 at 1:15 PM (EDT).
