Perhaps TLC should change the name of their southern fried look at trailer park life from Welcome to Myrtle Manor to Arrested Development.
Last week we reported on cast member Amanda Adams getting arrested for slamming her big ol’ jeep into a telephone pole after having too much to drink. Now we can add two more to the wrap sheet as Darlin’ Dog Lindsay Colbert and promoter Taylor Burt ran afoul of the law over the weekend too.
Here’s a rundown of the arrests along with accompanying mug shots and even Amanda’s video.
Amanda Adams: Amanda took to Twitter after her arrest and stated that she learned her lesson after she blew a .20 according to her arrest report, which is two-and-a-half times the legal limit. TMZ got their virtual hands on Amanda’s arrest, so we all can see her run the full range of getting-busted emotions.

Amanda forgets how much she had to drink and tells the officers maybe 3 beers and 1 shot. She swears she’s a safe driver and let’s ’em know she’s only in their neck of the woods for a “f***ing TV reality show.” At one point she’s kind enough to give the arresting officer a heads up on having to go pee. After getting handcuffed, she breaks down crying and through her sobs you can hear her say, “My daddy’s gonna hate me.”
Taylor Burt: According to a local news report from WMBF, Burt was arrested and charged for criminal sexual conduct with a minor under 16 years-of-age. Officers with the Myrtle Beach Police Department spoke to the alleged 15-year-old victim with her mother present, and she said that she had sexual relations with a 28-year-old, later identified by the authorities as Burt. The 15-year-old was then taken to an area hospital by her mom for a medical evaluation.
Burt was released from jail on Sunday on a $25,000 bond.
Lindsay Colbert: 21-year-old Lindsay was stopped at around 1:36 a.m. Sunday morning, driving 62 mph in a 45 mph zone, according to WMBF. When the cop surveyed the scene it had all the tell-tell signs of possible DUI. The report stated that Colbert was “lethargic, and her speech was slurred,” and that “there was a strong and obvious odor of alcoholic beverage coming from the vehicle.” Oh yeah, there was also a near-empty bottle of rum between her driver seat and driver door.
When Lindsay was asked to step out of the vehicle she initially refused according to the report but the officer got her to comply by letting her know she could either do it voluntarily or he could force her out. She then was said to have failed a field sobriety test and commented, “Are you just giving me [a hard time] because I am on the show.” The report went on to read like something familiar to the vid of Amanda above:
“One second she would cry, then she would laugh, and then she would scream and yell. She was an emotional roller coaster during the entire procedure.”
She allegedly stopped cooperating and started yelling and after she was transported to the jail “she insulted each person she came in contact with.” Colbert gave a .15 percent breath sample. She has no priors, and was arrested for DUI, speeding 62 mph in a 45 mph zone and Liquor Law Violation.
