Amazing video of a husband who clearly needs to get his priorities straight as he elects to dump his young daughter in an attempt to catch a foul ball at a baseball game! That in itself is reason enough to watch the clip, but his moment of thoughtless parenting is nothing compared to the look and the earful his wife gives him afterward!
This is one of those rare videos that could easily be a great “caption this” post in which you try to guess what she says to him. My guess is that it is some mixture of shut up, a four letter word, and something synonymous with “idiot.”
Oh, and I can hear what the husband was feebly saying, “I was throwing our daughter out of the way of the ball! I may have saved her life here today!” Sorry man, not gonna work.
I may be reading too much into this, but did anyone else notice there are two seats between the couple already? I’m guessing this guy begged and pleaded for months for his wife to come to the ballgame and bring the kids and she eventually (begrudgingly) went along. I’m sorry dude, but I think that is the last baseball game your wife will ever attend – and now she has a trump card to play any time and every time you ever want to watch a game (in person or on television) for the rest of your life. And dude, you didn’t even catch the ball!
On a positive note, it appears as though the daughter is fine and pretty much unfazed by it all!
