UNEXPECTED Rilah Ferrer welcomes 2nd child while on probation for sexual cyberharassment
Congratulations to Unexpected Season 3 mom Rilah Ferrer as she recently gave birth to her second child!
Rilah shared a photo of her baby girl in her Instagram stories last week. We currently don’t have any additional information about the new arrival, including her name or birth date.
Rilah’s mom shared an Instagram selfie gallery on September 8 and described herself as “the now nana of two,” so it appears the baby arrived on or before September 8.
The new addition to the family joins big half sister Malayah, who turned seven in June.
Rilah’s boyfriend Eddie announced Rilah’s pregnancy with an Instagram post in January. “Blessing to the new year,” Eddie wrote on a photo of a positive pregnancy test, along with a starry-eyed emoji. “My greatest gift,” he added with a blue heart.
Rilah shared Eddie’s image and made additional posts that included positive pregnancy tests along with the message: “baby #2 2026.”
RILAH FERRER IS ON PROBATION FOR SEXUAL CYBERHARASSMENT
Rilah’s relationship with Eddie, and the birth of their daughter, comes on the heels of what looks to have been another bad relationship and break up for the 24-year-old former reality star.
According to court records exclusively obtained by Starcasm, Rilah was charged with sexual cyberharassment in April of 2025 after she allegedly posted explicit photos online of a man she had been in a relationship with for four years.
A police officer’s affidavit reveals Rilah and a man named Thomas were in a relationship from 2020 until December of 2024. “During the time of the relationship, Thomas had taken explicit photos of himself and sent them to Rilah,” the affidavit reads. “He also advised that Rilah had also taken explicit photos of him of her own. Thomas stated these pictures were taken with the expectation that they would remain between them.”
During the course of the couple’s break up in December of 2024, Thomas says Rilah started to harass him. He claims Rilah called him and his job “upward of one hundred times a day.”
On January 22, 2025, Thomas received a notification that someone had logged into his Facebook account using an iPhone 14, which he told the officer was the kind of phone that Rilah owned. Thomas said Rilah posted “explicit photos to his Facebook timeline, changing his profile picture to a picture of him and his penis.”
In addition to the posts and profile photo change, Thomas claimed Rilah “created a group chat with his friends and family and sent a photo of his anus to them.”
Thomas took screen caps of everything before deleting the posts. He contacted Rilah and informed her he was going to notify law enforcement about what she had done. “Rilah replied to Thomas that it must have been the ‘Nigerian Hackers’ and that he should make his passwords more unique before messaging him the exact photos that she had just posted/sent.”
Rilah was charged with a misdemeanor count of sexual cyberharassment. From the Florida statute:
“Sexually cyberharass” means to intentionally publish to an Internet website or intentionally disseminate through electronic means to another person a sexually explicit image of a person without the depicted person’s consent and contrary to the depicted person’s reasonable expectation that the image would remain private…
In addition to Rilah being charged, Thomas also filed a petition for a temporary injunction for protection on January 27.
While the case was ongoing, Rilah was required to wear an EMPACT GPS monitoring device. Her attorney filed a motion in November of 2025 asking that she not be required to wear the device since the crime she was being accused of didn’t require her to be near the alleged victim.
Rilah pleaded no contest to the sexual cyberharassment charge on August 3, 2026. Adjudication was withheld and Rilah was placed on 12 months probation starting August 4.
In addition to being on probation, Rilah must also:
• Enroll in mental health evaluation within 180 days of this plea and to complete any recommended treatment within 300 days of this plea
• Complete 8 hour online harassment course within 180 days of this plea.
• Perform 40 hours of community service by May 30, 2027.
• Have no contact with Thomas or go near his home or employer.
As Unexpected viewers are well aware, Rilah’s previous relationship with Malayah’s dad, Anthony Vanelli, ended disastrously. Anthony is currently serving 4+ years in prison after he reportedly stabbed his mother’s boyfriend repeatedly in May of 2023.
