Texas Flip N Move divorce update: Marshall Landers files countersuit against Donna Snow
Last week, we found out the surprising news that Texas Flip N Move‘s Donna Snow had filed for divorce from Mashall Landers, her husband of 24 years. According to the court documents Donna’s attorneys filed, the reality star also filed a temporary restraining order against Marshall, and requested that it be made permanent. Now, a new Texas Flip N Move divorce update sees Marshall counterfiling against his estranged wife, though it’s yet to be seen if the proceedings will get nasty.
The update, first shared by Radar Online, does make clear that Donna won her first legal battle against Marshall: the judge in their case ruled in her favor in the initial hearing, on March 31st. Based on that ruling, “Marshall was given two days to remove his property from their residence.” It sounds like the judge also granted Donna’s request that Marshall be barred from entering her house unless accompanied by a policeman and in order to gather any personal belongings.

But it further sounds like Marshall might not have anywhere else to go. Per the new report, his attorney has counterfiled to try and get Donna to pay both sides’ attorneys, since the 66-year-old “is not in control of sufficient community assets to pay attorney’s fees and anticipated expenses.” Marshall’s paperwork lists a white Ford F-250 pickup truck as his only property.
The initial news of Donna and Marshall’s divorce appeared to insinuate that Donna had been the victim of domestic abuse. However, Marshall hasn’t been charged with that or any other crime, and the only other legal request he made in his countersuit was that Donna provide a full inventory of “all the separate and community property owned or claimed by the parties,” along with a lost of “all debts and liabilities owed by the parties.”
That last request seems a bit strange, considering that Marshall also reportedly claimed that his only belonging was his pickup. However, it’s likely that more details will emerge as the separation continues. Hopefully, things will stay civil and be over as quickly as possible.
