It’s been more than three months since 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After couple Russ and Paola Mayfield announced that she was pregnant again, and since that time, Pao has been updating fans on social media with photos, videos, and commentary on how her pregnancy is going. In her most recent video, Pao once again strips down to a pair of bikini bottoms and proudly shows off her maternal figure, which has been growing in more areas than just her belly.
“Everything is growing so much and it is not only my belly,” Pao captioned the brief selfie clip, adding an emoji of a monkey covering his eyes. “I thought it was going to be hard to see all of these changes,” Pao continues, “but to be honest I’ve been enjoying being pregnant, I feel lucky and blessed to have such an amazing pregnancy.”
The fitness fanatic explains that she has been consuming more calories, and has “been using the extra delicious calories to build muscle while working out ?? but of course I’ve gained weight ?.” She says gettin’ thicc “doesn’t bother me at all because at the end I know how to get back to the way I was and I like it #noregrets.”
Maintaining her famous music video and calendar worthy pin-up frame just is not Pao’s priority right now. “The most important is that my little angel is growing strong and healthy ????,” she says.

Pao has grown accustomed to drawing criticism for some of the revealing outfits she chooses to wear for her social media photos and videos, and she preemptively heads off those sure to criticize her for the most recent clip. “Before the #momshaming start with the blah blah blah comments, let me tell you this. No, I’m not worried what my kid’s friends will say about me when they see my photos or videos, that is way down the road for me to even worry about. Plus, I haven’t even pushed this baby out yet lol!?”
Pao concludes with complete self confidence: “I’m not changing just because I’m pregnant or becoming a mom, I was proud before of who I am and what I’ve done so there’s nothing to be ashamed of? #liveandletlive #healthypregnancy #lovingmypregnantbody”

In addition to eagerly awaiting the birth of their first child, Russ and Pao also had additional reason to celebrate this month as the duo celebrated their five-year anniversary! Russ posted a photo of him and Pao on Instagram on October 7 and shared this message with his fans:
