Kendall Jenner is responding to allegations that she angrily tossed money in the face of a waitress after she dined and dashed last week at Mercer Kitchen in New York City.

The waitress, Blaine Morris, who appeared on MTV’s Skins as Betty Nardone, wrote in a tweet that has since been deleted, “That horrible moment you chase a Kardashian down the street because she forgot to pay her bill to be thrown money in your face.”

Page 6 reported that Jenner and another underage friend tried to order alcohol and when they were denied – they stormed out in a tizzy.

Now the 18-year-old who has famously appeared on Keeping Up With the Kardashians since she was 11, is coming at Morris via Twitter and in a letter issued via her attorney.

On Tuesday Jenner tweeted, “These rumors r absolutely ridiculous! I would never throw money in anyone’s face or act that disrespectfully. I was raised better than that. Said it once and I’ll say it again, don’t believe everything you read!”

TMZ obtained a letter from Jenner’s attorney in which it’s admitted that Jenner accidentally skipped out on the tab but…

“What actually happened was that the waitress did come up to her outside but Jenner was ‘extremely apologetic’ and gladly paid what she owed — $33, plus a $7 tip … which she ‘politely handed’ to her.”

The letter went on to include a thinly veiled burn:

“Although you are working as a waitress at Mercer Kitchen, I understand you are also a struggling actress. You no doubt concocted a fictionalized account of your encounter with my client in order to create publicity for yourself.”
