Earlier this week, we reported Kailyn Lowry’s major body transformation after visiting plastic surgeon Dr. Miami. The Teen Mom 2 star underwent three procedures: a Brazilian butt lift, liposuction on her neck, and a tummy tuck.
Since then, the story seems to have exploded. Media outlets everywhere are covering the news of Kail’s “before and after.” While fans have applauded the mother-of-two for taking a drastic step in the name of beauty, others have criticized her decision to go under the knife.

Kailyn has never been one to back down to her critics, so it’s not surprising she would speak out after the procedures. In a short and sweet tweet, Kail said:

Last year, Kailyn admitted that she struggles with the harsh criticism she receives from living in the spotlight:
How do you focus on making your choices about you and not what everyone else thinks you should do? Honestly, this is my biggest struggle right now. I want to reply to everyone who has their opinion on my marriage and me in general and sometimes I do but I have to remember that I’m never going to be able to change their minds. Esp when they only see 10-15 mins of my life a week. Sometimes I just stay off social media. At the end of the day the only people who I have to prove myself to are my family.
All that seems to be behind her now, and it’s clear Kailyn is focused on her happiness despite the negative options of others. The only thing for Kail to worry about now is recovering from her three cosmetic procedures. Earlier today, she tweeted, “Worst nightmare ever ?.” Fans took that to mean she was in pain following her visit to Dr. Miami. When questioned about her surgery and recovery, Kailyn admitted that the procedures “went well” and “every day gets better.” 
We know the girls from Teen Mom 2 are in the midst of filming the upcoming season so we can only assume/hope the plastic surgery procedures will be part of her storyline.
