Mike The Situation Sorrentino

Back in 2014, the Jersey Shore’s Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino was indicted for tax evasion. He was accused of concealing $8.9 million in earnings made from 2010-2012 as well intentionally filing false returns.

His brother, Marc, was also charged with conspiracy to commit tax fraud.

Now, Mike’s situation (no pun intended) has gone from bad to worse. According to TMZ,
the U.S. Attorney in New Jersey added additional charges against him including tax evasion and structuring and falsifying records to avoid detection of assets.

Initially, Mike was looking at up to 9 years in prison. With these additional charges, he has the potential to be locked up for decades.
