Jersey Shore star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro’s ex Jenn Harley was arrested for domestic violence in Florida over the weekend.
According to jail records, Jennifer Harley was arrested by Sunny Isles Beach Police on Saturday, October 10. She was booked into jail in Miami-Dade County on a misdemeanor charge of battery/domestic violence.
Court records indicate 39-year-old Jenn spent two nights in jail before being released on Monday after posting a $1,000 bond. She entered a written plea of not guilty. Her arraignment is scheduled for December 8.
We have no additional details about Jenn’s arrest, including the identity of the alleged victim. The court docket indicates there was a stay away order put in place, but the order was “pre trial conditional allowing contact.” It’s unclear what the conditions are.
The arrest isn’t the first for Jenn. She has multiple priors, including domestic violence arrests in 2018, 2019, and 2021.

UPDATE – JENN HARLEY RESPONDS TO ARREST
After news broke about Jenn Harley’s arrest, she responded on social media.
@mtv_reality_teaa on Instagram shared a post about Jenn’s arrest and she replied in the comment section.
“I repeat I am completely innocent of the allegations made against me!” she wrote.
Jenn posted a video on her own Instagram account lip syncing to a Rick Ross clip about eating rigatoni on Sunday. She captioned it with the hash tags #NotTheRigatoni and #notguilty.
One commenter wrote “Mmmmmmmmhmmmmm Steven.”
Jenn replied with “ay atleast I’m not banned from every football stadium 😆.” It’s unclear if that interaction is in reference to her arrest.
