PHOTOS Jenelle Evans’ boyfriend Nathan Griffith released from jail early
Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans got a nice Easter present today when her boyfriend Nathan Griffith emerged from his jail cell early! Nathan, who was sentenced to 30 days behind bars on April 9 for charges stemming from his September 7 DUI arrest, was scheduled for release on May 9, but apparently had that sentence cut by more than half. Radar Online reports that Jenelle Evans was at the jail to pick Nathan up. (The photo above is from the couple’s court appearance back in July of last year.)
This next photo was posted online by Jenelle earlier today and it shows her in the driver’s seat of a car with what looks like it could be jail facilities visible through the back window. Jenelle, who is looking pretty damn good — something you would expect from a gal pickin’ up her man from jail — captioned the photo simply, “Happy Easter.”
I’m sure we will know (and see) more straight from Jenelle on Twitter and Facebook soon! She’s been teasing her surprise for Nathan’s release on Twitter, which apparently involves Christmas lights.
Nathan’s release is particularly great timing given that Jenelle will finally be able to file for divorce from husband Courtland Rogers this week. Perhaps that’s what this tweet from last week was about:
Can't wait until Monday. Skipping to the court house I go.

So it appears we will have a Jenelle birth and a wedding on the horizon! Teen Mom 2 Season 6 should be yet another wild ride!
UPDATE – Jenelle just shared this tweet, subtly referencing the fact that Nathan is once again a free man:
“@reIatabIe: feel free to come rub my back and play with my hair” now that u can… @GroundLevelUp hahaha

UPDATE – And here’s Jenelle’s “get out of jail” gift for Nathan… with Nathan!!!
Plus, Jenelle posted this next split photo that includes a picture of her and Nathan together along with the caption ” 🙂 if u only knew how great Easter dinner was.”
