So lemme get this straight. The sequel to the righteously kick-butt Danny Trejo vehicle Machete will not only have #Meltdown Mel Gibson but #Winning Charlie Sheen as POTUS!?! As soon as I get done writing this I’m going to wait in line for tickets.
Director Robert Rodriguez dropped this Twitter bomb yesterday with the above photo attached. According to The Hollywood Reporter negotiations are going down to line Sheen up as Machete Kills’ POTUS.
Oh yeah, Machete Kills also includes hotties Amber Heard, Sofia Vergara and Zoe Saldana. To add fuel to the fire Trejo tweeted that #CheatingLiar Jesse James will be a part of it all too.
Ma(Sheen) is already getting into his new role as leader of Rodriguez’s violently free world. He retweeted the news with the lead in, “My fellow Americans!”
About the waiting in line thing… The sequel isn’t due out until next year so I think I’ll just go to Burger King for a Double Stacker but Machete Kills still sounds like a must see.
