They're back! The Derick Dillard cheating rumors have resurfaced almost exactly one year after the first round of gossip. Thanks to a string of strange behavior and cryptic social media posts from Derick and his wife Jill Duggar, fans and followers alike are obsessed with what looks like -- hard though it may be to believe -- the possibility of Derick finding himself a side piece.

Derick Dillard is claiming that he and his wife Jill Dillard "were volunteers and hadn’t been paid anything" for their appearances on 19 Kids & Counting and Counting On. As preposterous as that may sound, a source with an understanding of TLC and Discovery contracts argues that it is completely feasible that all of the payments are set up to go through family patriarch Jim Bob Duggar. That sort of arrangement could explain a lot, including The Dilllards' falling out with TLC as well as Derick and Jill continuing to ask for donations to help pay for his enrollment in a missionary program.

TLC just released a bevy of promotional materials in advance of Counting On Season 7 -- and both Derick and Jill Dillard are completely absent. While TLC announced Derick's firing months ago, the network has yet to comment on Jill's status.

Only a few weeks after Derick Dillard's repeated attacks on the transgender community got him fired from Counting On, the official Dillard Family Facebook account has come under fire for a Derick-looking attack on the transgender community. The post in question came just after news of Counting On's alleged renewal, leading to questions of whether Derick would be the only Dillard family member to get the boot.

TLC reality star Josh Duggar received some bad legal news this week as a federal judge threw out almost every aspect of his lawsuit looking for damages stemming from the release of documents relating to his molestation of his sisters when he was 14 years old. In addition, the judge threw out both Josh's and his sisters' lawsuits against In Touch Weekly, which means only the sisters' suit against several city officials is still moving forward.
