Documents surfaced online last month indicating that 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After star Jay Smith might be at risk of being deported. In addition to a warrant for his arrest issued in February, there was also a Notice to Appear requiring Jay to go before a U.S. immigration judge on May 8. But, instead of being in Philadelphia for his purported court date, Jay was with Ashley doing a wedding photo shoot in Maryland. So what in the world is going on?!

The non-stop drama continues between 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After couple Ashley Martson and Jay Smith. Right around the same time as the Season 4 Premiere of the show Sunday night, Ashley took to Instagram to share separate photos of Jay and another woman standing by the same pool. She hash tagged the images with #homewrecker and went off on the other woman.

90 Day Fiance star Ashley Martson is finally admitting she and husband Jay Smith have been VERY actively lying about their lives in an effort to draw attention to themselves and the show. In a series of posts shared in her Instagram story, Ashley confesses that she and Jay "have never separated since the day we were married" before also admitting that Jay was running alternate social media accounts that were leaking things like wedding photos, etc. Ashley also seems to admit that some of her health updates were inaccurate after being hospitalized (and launching a GoFundMe to help pay her medical bills) last month.

The sound and fury of the 90 Day Fiance Season 6 off-screen drama continues! Earlier today it was revealed that Ashley Martson (now Ashley Smith) filed for divorce from husband Jay earlier this month, but we spoke with a court rep that reveals the divorce filing was withdrawn yesterday.
