Bengals cheerleader Sarah Jones (who had sex with a student) lands reality show
Sarah Jones shocked America earlier this month when she admitted to having an affair with one of her 17-year-old students after denying she had done anything wrong in months prior. Now, the ex-Cincinnati Bengals cheerleader has landed her own reality show with the producers of Jersey Shore, and people are outraged.
“She is basically being rewarded for breaking the law!” an insider tells Radar Online. “She’s totally cashing in on her crime, and I’m pretty sure that if it was a 27-year-old man that had pleaded guilty to having sex with his 17-year-old female student he wouldn’t have been given a TV show!”
“This whole scandal has turned into one big payday for Sarah. She was boasting that she ‘made bank’ for her Dateline interview last week and now she is going to be paid for appearing in her own reality show. It’s sick.”
Sarah, who taught English at Kentucky’s Dixie Heights High School before stepping down for “personal reasons,” appeared in a Kentucky court earlier this month were she struck up a plea deal after being charged with first-degree sexual abuse of a minor. Now, she and her alleged victim, Cody York, have gone public with their relationship (since he’s 18 now) and even left court together hand-in-hand.
Sarah is also hoping to score $11 million from a lawsuit she filed against Nik Richie after his website did a post on her called, “The Dirty Bengals Cheerleader.” She is claiming defamation, libel, and invasion of privacy. Good luck with that.
