BELOW DECK Kate Chastain mug shot photos and arrest details

Cast members of Bravo’s popular SEAlity series Below Deck are no strangers to police booking cameras. We’ve already seen mug shot photos for Samantha Orme, Adrienne Gang, and C.J. Lebeau from various arrests, with charges ranging from DUI and hit and run to assault and battery. Now, show star Kate Chastain is joining the ranks with THREE mug shot photos stemming from various incidents in Florida between 2010 and 2011.

The first mug shot photo is from an arrest in March of 2010 in West Palm Beach, Florida. According to online records, Kate (real name Kathryn) was charged with DUI and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, the latter of which was a third degree felony. The records indicate Kate was in possession of “XANAZ ( BAMBITURATE) 3 PILLS.” It appears as though Kate received probation for the charges.

In May of 2011, Kate was picked up in Brevard County, Florida on an “out of county” warrant (mug shot photos above), and was booked two days later in Palm Beach County on a probation violation. It is unclear what the probation violation was. Here is the Palm Beach County mug shot photo:

Oddly, Kate’s last name was misspelled in online court records for two of the arrests — something I don’t recall seeing before, and I’ve done A LOT of posts about arrests over the years!

Now that the mug shot photos have surfaced (thanks, diligent Below Deck sleuths!), I will be curious to see if the topic comes up the next time Kate sits down with Andy Cohen, whether it’s on Watch What Happens Live or on a Below Deck Reunion show. Then again, someone like Rocky Dakota might just bring it up during the season, right?
