Avril Lavigne, who’s latest album Goodbye Lullaby came out last Tuesday, celebrated last night by getting a neck tattoo!

Saturday the angsty icon, who’s still dating Hills alum Brody Jenner, tweeted: “I’m getting a f**king neck tattoo!” with the above pick.

Two tweets later, she made the big reveal. It’s a safety-pin! How Hot Topic is that?

Avril last made tattoo headlines when she got matching tattoos with her boy Brody. The B-man got Avril’s name on his right forearm, and Avril reciprocated by inking Brody’s name on her ribs.

Miami Beach Police release 18 more photos from Justin Bieber arrest

Apparently the Miami Beach Police Department took more photos and videos of Justin Bieber than a backstage fangirl when they arrested the singer back in January for allegedly drag racing while under the influence. The latest batch of Bieber media to be released by MBPD includes 18 photos — mostly of Justin Bieber’s tattoos. (Yes, you read that right: 18 PHOTOS!) A judge also ruled earlier today that five more video clips will be released, including two in which Justin’s genitals are featured. That part will be “blacked out to protect the singer’s privacy.”
