Jenelle Evans’ new boyfriend David Eason was arrested earlier today in North Carolina.
According to online records, David was booked in New Hanover County on charges of violating a domestic violence protective order.
Radar Online spoke to a “source” close to the situation who says the whole thing happened after David hugged his son at a grocery store. “He was in the grocery store getting juice for Kaiser when he saw his son and gave him a hug,” the source says.
The boy was with his maternal grandmother at the time, but she contacted David’s ex and told her about the encounter. She contacted police, and, because there was a no contact order in place, David was arrested.

A pal of Jenelle’s ex Nathan Griffith is suggesting David may be in more trouble than it seems!

In response to another Twitter user who wrote: “Uncle creepy was arrested today for violating a protective order,” Josh said: “he was arrested for a lot more than that.” He later clarified that David picked up four additional charges, though he would not elaborate on what those charges were.
Meanwhile, David and Jenelle are keeping it vague but positive on social media. “Just want to say I love you very much. ??” Jenelle posted on David’s Facebook page a few hours ago. “I love you to the moon and back baby!” David replied. “More than you could even imagine!”
David then added this next photo and captioned it with: “Take me back. ???❤️:”
