Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting baby number two!
The reality TV star announced the big news during the midseason finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
The show teased the upcoming second half of the current season with a scene in which Kim spills the news to sister Khloe, proclaiming, “I just got the blood test back and I am pregnant!”
