This April, celebrity chef Bobby Flay announced that he and his wife, Stephanie March, are separating after ten years of marriage. The split has reportedly been less than amicable, with a new report revealing that Stephanie’s divorce paper claim Bobby committed adultery with several women–including multiple counts with Mad Men actress January Jones in 2010. The new report seems to back up our exclusive story back in 2010, in a which an eyewitness claimed to have seen Bobby and January together at the Peppermill Lounge in Las Vegas. That eyewitness’s story was very credible given that she posed with Bobby for a photo at the time! (Click the link to see the picture.)
“I had seen the two at the lounge inside of Peppermill at Las Vegas,” the eyewitness told us after we contacted her about the photo with Bobby Flay — which was shared not long after January’s infamous post-car accident cell phone call made to Bobby in June, 2010.
We wanted to make sure that it was indeed January Jones and not Bobby’s wife Stephanie–given that the two women look very similar–so we asked about that. “At first I thought the lady he was with was his wife,” the eyewitness told us. “They were both sitting close to each other and they both were drinking alcoholic beverages. When I went over to ask for a picture, to my surprise the woman he was with was January Jones.”
We asked what she remembered about Bobby from that night, which at the time was just a month prior to talking with us. “He seemed a little tipsy, his face was red and he seemed super relaxed,” she recalls. “January on the other hand didn’t seem [like] she was intoxicated yet.”
She also recalls that the two were still together when she left the lounge:
When I was leaving, they were both in the booths where the fireplace was. At the Peppermill, the fireplace area is where the ‘couples’ usually sit. They were sitting very close to each other, talking, laughing, and slight touching involved. It looked a lot like they were just flirting back and forth with each other. They looked like they were an item. I thought maybe his wife and him had gotten a divorce but I checked online to my surprise that he was still married? So I don’t know what the deal is.. But I believe there is something there.
Well, it turns out she may have been 100% right!
A source for In Touch talked about Stephanie March’s claims regarding Bobby Flay and January Jones’ relationship in the new court filing:
She says they had sex many times and in different places, including the London hotel in Los Angeles. They had a huge fight over January shortly before Stephanie asked him to move out of their place. There is communication between Bobby and January that indicates they were more than acquaintances.
In addition to January Jones, Stephanie March is also reportedly claiming that Bobby Flay had affairs with two other women: his assistant Elyse Tirrell, and a food stylist.
Numerous media outlets have reached out to representatives for both Bobby Flay and January Jones, but so far there has been no recent official statement about the alleged affair from either camp.
