Brandi Glanville clarifies marriage tweets, says the ceremony wasn’t legal

Brandi Glanville married Darin Harvey in Las Vegas on New Years Eve but it wasn't legal

Brandi Glanville became the talk of the celebrity blogosphere earlier today after The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star announced this weekend on Twitter that she had gotten married to her good friend Darin Harvey in a drunken New Years Eve ceremony in Las Vegas. She later tweeted that the two planned on having their marriage annulled, and Darin played along with similar statements on his Twitter account.

It seems a lot of fans took the whole thing as a bit of an insult to the seriousness and sanctity of marriage, which led Brandi to hop back on Twitter and explain that although they did have a wedding ceremony, there was “no paperwork was done” and the marriage was “not legal.”

Here are Brandi’s amendments:

Brandi Glanville tweets that she and Darin Harvey are not legally married

It’s hard to believe but Brandi somehow managed to have a marriage that lasted less time than Kim Kardashian’s! Barely.

What’s the world coming to? Can’t a celebrity get a little tipsy in Las Vegas and have a fake New Years Eve wedding without everyone getting all upset?!? On the bright side, that means Brandi (and her laser pointerable assets) are still available! Note to self: Hire real preacher to act as fake preacher and then party with Brandi Glanville in Las Vegas next New Years Eve. Yeah, I want to be Mr. Brandi Glanville, I admit it! (Of course, “everybody knows” my plans will change if something should happen to Apollo Nida, leaving the possibility of becoming Mr. Phaedra Parks open!)
