It’s Potthast Babypalooza y’all! 90 Day Fiance star Elizabeth Potthast Castravet and her husband Andrei welcomed their daughter Eleanor Louise on January 23, less than three weeks after Elizabeth’s sister-in-law Megan and husband Charles Potthast welcomed their son, Josiah Michael, on January 4. Fast forward six months and Eleanor and Josiah now have a new cousin!
Elizabeth’s sister Rebekah Lichtwerch gave birth to a baby boy on July 9. Little Mads Lichtwerch arrived at 4:21 AM and weighed 7 lbs., 6 oz. “Introducing our new little grandman, Mads Lichtwerch,” Elizabeth and Rebekah’s mom Pamela shared on Facebook on Tuesday, along with a gallery of photos. “We are all in love ?,” she added, before assuring everyone that “mommy and baby are doing great ?.”
Pamela adds that “Mads’ baby cousins couldn’t wait for a photo op,” and she shared this image of Mads with Eleanor and Josiah:
It’s unclear if Grandma Pamela was allowed in the delivery room. 😉
Oh, and I should also mention that today is Rebekah’s birthday! Happy 33rd birthday mama!
Mads is the first child for Rebekah and her husband, Thomas Lichtwerch. The two were married in early May of 2018.
Rebekah’s pregnancy went under the radar a bit as far as 90 Day Fiance fans go, even though there were a few photos of her bump posted on social media. That all changed in June when Elizabeth shared tons of photos and videos from Rebekah’s baby shower.
UPDATE – Just as I was publishing this post, Elizabeth shared a couple video clips of Rebekah and Mads in her Instagram stories as she wished her sister a happy birthday! Here is a screen shot of mama Rebekah and her boy:
Congratulations to Rebekah and Thomas! I’m hopeful that we will be seeing their pregnancy reveal on the current season of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After, but it could be that filming wrapped before she was able to make the announcement.
On a side note, since TLC seems to be willing to try out some spin-off ideas based on families from the 90 Day Fiance franchise, I have a cast/concept suggestion:
