Jenelle Evans and Gary Head face drug and assault charges

Jenelle Evans and her former fiancé Gary Head were in court this morning where they faced drug and assault charges stemming from an incident back in June. The two had originally appeared in front of the judge back in July but the case was continued until this morning in order for the D.A. to further speak with investigators about the incident. Upon leaving court, Jenelle let her Teen Mom 2 fans know what went down.

At 11:30 this morning, Jenelle announced, “Court is over. Gary Head plead guilty to assault on a female and all my charges were dropped.” According to Jenelle, the assault charge was part of a plea deal.

“If he didn’t take the plea bargain then he was facing serioussssss consequences,” she writes about her ex-fiance. She also added, “The judge said “are you sure you don’t want to go further?” I said ‘no he can take this plea. I want no contact with him that’s all.’”

Jenelle has also been granted a one-year restraining order against Gary after presenting a judge with evidence of his alleged abuse. The order forbids Gary from having any contact with Jenelle through the phone, online, or through a third-party.

In an exclusive statement to Starcasm, Jenelle explains:

“I’m very happy and glad this chapter in my life is closed.”

So what’s next for Jenelle? Recently, Jenelle has expressed interest in getting custody of her three-year-old son Jace back. Now that these charges have been dropped against her, she is one step closer.

So, what’s next for Jenelle? Well,
she goes on to ruin some other guy’s life … that’s what. She’s a worthless
drama queen who causes these situations and then points the finger at anybody
but herself.

She has stolen clothes, phones and other belongings from several of her friends
and then gets on her twitter and says that they stole from her. She continually
harasses, scams and betrays her own family members. She has done it so much
that she has NO friends left, and none of her family want to have anything to
do with her.

She posts that her son’s father,
Andrew doesn’t want anything to do with Jace, when in fact, she refuses to let
him have any contact with his son.

She can’t get along with anyone.

She’s just a low-life white-trash
druggie who doesn’t want, nor deserve her son. There doesn’t seem to be a judge
in that district who has the IQ greater than that of a tree stump, but if there
was one with half a brain, they’d have her drug-tested, and use the positive
for heroin drug test to make sure that she never DOES get custody of that
beautiful son.

  No one’s worthless, but if they were, it’d be you because you are blaming a victim for an abuser’s behavior. You should be utterly ashamed of yourself. Jenelle may not be someone who has made the most stellar choices in life and I’m certainly not a “fan” of hers, but that doesn’t mean she’s a bad person, or can’t get her life back on track. Plenty of people who have done what she does do get it together. She is still very young. Many people make their worst decisions at that age. It’s not an excuse, but it is an explanation. Not to mention she has had a lot of stuff go on in her life, most of which we probably know nothing about. And it’s most definitely not her fault that Gary did this to her. She didn’t cause this, and she should point the finger at Gary. You are disgusting.

      I’m not dumb at all. I don’t care for Jenelle. I care about standing up against disgusting people who blame victims of assault for the assaulter’s actions. And I stated that people who made choices like what Jenelle has, HAVE turned their lives around. If anyone is dumb here, it’s you because you clearly failed at reading comprehension if you couldn’t understand my point.

  i believe he has to pay a fine and stay out of any trouble (even for speeding) for 2 years. if he gets into any trouble, he goes to jail. i believe he’s being discharged from the marines too.

Nothing positive is next for her. Look at the guys she dates. I’m so sure Kieffer is a great, law-abiding citizen and they’ll both never get in trouble again. Ha!

  It’s only a matter of time. I live in Wilmington and just heard someone the other day talking about her and Kieffer. He was saying he was recently at a party in Oak Island and Jenelle and Kieffer showed up. He said she’s a straight drug addict.
