During the most recent episode of The Real Housewives of Miami we were given a symbolic lesson in global warming and polar icecaps. While Marysol Patton and her French lover-man Philippe Pautesta rushed off to Aspen to get married my favorite Brazillian baby-momma Adriana De Moura was doing what any self respecting new age woman should. She was working that stripper pole!
My heart was warmed as the snow capped mountain peaks behind Marysol and Philippe framed a perfect wedding photo but my face melted when Adriana’s peaks made their way around the pole that I now wish was me. Grab a cold beverage and one of those cooler-thingys for your laptop because it might just get a little overheated:
From that clip it’s apparent that Miss Adriana is a fast and flexible learner. I would not be doing my job if I didn’t do at least a few screen grabs from one of my favorite moments in Housewife history. You’re welcome.
“I’m doing pole dancing because I don’t want Frederic to stray and to pr0ve to him that I mean to him that I want to be with him. I wanted to get a little more “skilled” in the bedroom moves. When I first thought about taking the lesson I thought,’Oh my gosh should I do that? Will I look like a loose girl?’ Then I thought, ‘You know what it’s just having fun and everyone seems to be doing it.'”
The show is slowly starting to ramp up the drama with forces aligning against Cristy Rice and Larsa Pippen. There’s also a live season one reunion show that will be going down at Andy’s Watch What Happens Live. Maybe Cohen will have the good sense to install a stripper pole for that one!
