VIDEO Kailyn Lowry admits she would have gotten divorced if Javi Marroquin wanted

Javi Marroquin and Kailyn Lowry Together 2015

On this season of Teen Mom 2, we’re witnessing some of Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin’s lowest moments as a married couple. Between serious trust issues and mutual feelings of disrespect, there is even talk of divorce.

“I feel like we are at our breaking point,” Javi said in a clip from the show. “I feel like… I can sense that we’re pretty close to the end if something doesn’t change.”

Agreeing, Kailyn added, “I don’t know why we have to say things that piss each other off. It’s really stupid.”

In a new clip from a conversation with Chelsea Houska, Kailyn explained there was so much “fighting and tension” she probably would have agreed to divorce if Javi wanted that.

“It was exhausting,” Kailyn said. “I don’t know who came to the point first, but it was just like, ‘Let’s do it or not…’ If Javi didn’t want to work it out, if he would have been like, ‘Let’s just get divorced,’ I think I would have been like, ‘Okay.'”

Looking back on everything now, Kailyn said she would have regretted getting divorced because “when things are fun and good, they’re really fun and good.”

When Chelsea said she’s more appreciative of what she now has because of her bad past relationship, Kailyn admitted that can be a problem for her. She said, “I really need to show Javi more affection and appreciation… When we do have good times, I kind of take him for granted almost.”

After working through all of that earlier in the year, it seems like Kailyn and Javi are back to having “good times.” She even joyfully noted their upcoming third anniversary yesterday, saying, “Our 3 year anniversary is coming up! How crazy that it seems like these past 4 years have flown by!” Javi then responded on Twitter…

Awh! I like “Kailyn and Javi as lovebirds” much more than “Kailyn and Javi fighting.”
