The day before Thanksgiving the mercurial Amber Portwood lost custody of her daughter Leah to the state of Indiana (who placed Leah with her dad Gary Shirley), but now US Weekly reports that mother and daughter have been reunited!
An anonymous source from Anderson tells US:
“Leah is moving into Amber’s new home, where Amber had her daughter’s bedroom all set up for her return. Amber is so excited to have Leah back!”
Amber has recently been seen moving into a new apartment, and getting psychiatric services. If Leah is back with her mom, those two actions might have helped.
Amber has been shot by MTV cameras while she physically abused Leah’s father Gary, and both parents have again and again got caught up in emotionally manipulative drama in front of Leah. Hopefully they’re both seeking help to deal with their issues so Leah can have both a physically and emotionally safe home.
