Nathan Griffith, the father of Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans’ son Kaiser, is wanted by authorities again for allegedly choking ex-girlfriend Jessica Henry.
Here is the full police report, as obtained by Radar, of what is alleged to have happened between Nathan and Jessica early this morning in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina:
On 12/12/2016 at approximately 0230 hours I responded to [name redacted] and spoke with the victim in reference to domestic violence… Upon arrival the victim said she had history with the offender who is her ex-boyfriend. The victim stated that tonight they were at a bar together and got into a verbal dispute. The victim then stated that later at her residence they got into another verbal dispute and then the offender got on top of her and began choking her.
The victim then stated she started yelling the involved other’s name for help. The victim stated that the IO then came into the room and told the offender that he needed to leave. The victim stated that the offender then went outside and started yelling then left just before police arrived.
The involved other (victim’s roommate) stated that she was playing video games while wearing headphones and thought she heard the victim calling her name. The IO stated that when she took the headphones off, she realized the victim was screaming so she ran to the victim’s room. The IO stated that she saw the offender pinning the victim down on the bed so she started yelling at the offender for him to leave the residence. The IO then stated the offender went outside and yelled at them before leaving.
The offender was not on scene upon my arrival.
Witness statements were filled out by the victim and the IO. A victim’s advocate form was completed and given to the victim.
A warrant request for domestic violence will be completed and submitted to the clerk of court.
Evans, who currently shares custody of son Kaiser with Griffith, filed a Motion to Modify Custody earlier this month. She requested sole physical custody, arguing that Griffith was “unable to care for the minor child.” They have a scheduled mediation date on January 4, 2017.
The Clerk of Court for Myrtle Beach has confirmed that a warrant has been issued for Griffith’s arrest.
