Shauna Sand has recorded a sex tape, several in fact, but she’s trying to stop Vivid Entertainment from releasing one of them because she says they have no legal rights to the material.
She told TMZ: Yes I did make a sex tape with my boyfriend earlier this year. In fact I’ve made several sex tapes, but I certainly didn’t sign off on this and Vivid has no right to put it out. I am trying to get a hold of my attorney now.”
Basically the former playboy model and regular Restylane addict wants some money in the bank before she lets people see her doing what she probably does second best (what she really does best she gives away from free: walking around in Lucite heels).
Although Sand claims that Vivid Entertainment did not legally obtain a copy of the sex tape to distribute, Vivid’s owner Steven Hirsch replied: “We were approached by a third party, who brought us footage of Shauna having sex with her current boyfriend and we were immediately interested in acquiring it … We’re comfortable with our legal position in releasing this footage.”
