Rosie O’Donnell’s daughter Chelsea O’Donnell, 17, is missing, was last seen on Aug. 11
Rosie O’Donnell revealed today that police authorities in New York are searching for her 17-year-old daughter, Chelsea O’Donnell. The teen was last seen on Aug. 11.
Nyack, New York police authorities have been looking for her in the Rockland County area since Sunday, August 16. She was last seen Tuesday, August 11. She was wearing a black sweatshirt hoodie, dark ripped blue jeans, women’s grey converse sneakers and a black backpack. Chelsea has a large tattoo on her right side of a dream catcher with the word ‘Breathe.’ She left home with her 6 month old therapy dog named Bear. The dog is a 9 lbs brown and black terrier.
The post on Rosie’s website added Chelsea stopped taking her medication and needs medical attention. A representative for Rosie told TMZ, “Chelsea, like millions of people, lives with mental illness. It has been a difficult road for Chelsea and her family and they just want her back safe.”
In addition to the website post, Rosie made a plea for help on Twitter.

Based on the tone, it seems she’s grown more concerned since yesterday when she tried to appeal directly to Chelsea.

TMZ reports Rosie and authorities believe Chelsea ran away from home. They don’t suspect foul play.
