Photos: Julia Louis-Dreyfus receiveing her misspelled star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame

On May 5th 2010 one of the good guys or should we say gals of Hollywood got her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.  Seinfeld veteran Julia Louis-Dreyfus was all smiles in a dazzling black and white dress as the press snapped away photo after photo.

In a moment perfect for a Seinfeld episode whoever made the star misspelled her name!  They left out the “O” so it read Julia Luis-Dreyfus.  I bet Kramer had something to do with it.  CNN producer David Daniel noticed just hours before the ceremony.  You can see the altered color in the shot above where they made the correction.  Julia thought it was hilarious of course and was given the misspelled chunk as a souvenir.

Here is another shot of Julia getting cozy with her star.

Larry David (Seinfeld co-creator) was on hand to be with Julia for her big day.  So was a large contingent of her family and friends.  Here is a photo of Julia sharing the spotlight with her family.

Julia doesn’t appear to be slowing down anytime soon.  She is rolling along with The New Adventures of Old Christine as well as appearing as herself in Larry David’s HBO gem Curb Your Enthusiasm.  Well I can’t curb my enthusiasm or respect for Julia Louis-Dreyfus.  Congratulations on your big day, you most certainly have earned it!  Please click on our Julia gallery below to view full page views of the photos:
