Oracle president Charles Phillips affair: featured in billboards with YaVaughnie Wilkins; scorned mistress of eight years

Charles Phillips "billboard."

Big Tech co-prez Charles Phillips was outed as a cheater this week on billboards all over New York, Atlanta, and San Fransisco. Phillips has admitted to infidelity, saying he had an affair with YaVaughnie Wilkins (featured on the billboard) for about eight years while he was married, but that his relationship with YaVaughnie has ended.

Phillips, 50, divorced his wife Karen in 2008, but says he has reunited with her and is living on the Upper East Side, NY with their 10-year-old son Chas.

The billboard, however, made it clear that YaVaughnie isn’t ready to call it over, quoting Charlies as saying “You are my soul mate forever,” and featuring a web address that contains photos of the couple: charlesphillipsandyavaughniewilkins.com. This website has been down since last night, and the site designer, Ben Kovacs, said that YaVaughnie purchased the site in August as a gift for Charles Phillips.

Phillips is the co-president of Oracle, a software company that specializes in enterprise software packages, and serves on the board of Viacom, Morgan Stanley, and is a member of President Barack Obama’s Economic Recovery Advisory Board.
