Kylie Jenner hung out at the pool instead of spending Father’s Day with Caitlyn

 

This Father’s Day, the Jenners and Kardashians got together for an off-roading extravaganza. Caitlyn Jenner tweeted out the above picture at the holiday’s conclusion, and captioned it with the following warm words: “Great day yesterday for Father’s Day. We had so much fun off-roading. So much love and support! Love my family!”

Getting all of these family members together was no small feat. From left to right, the folks included are Burt Jenner; his girlfriend Valerie Pitalo; Caitlyn Jenner; Kim Kardashian; North West; Kanye West; Khloe Kardashian; Kendall Jenner; Brandon Jenner; and Leah Felder Jenner.

But one prominent family member is missing: Kylie Jenner, the youngest and boldest of all the Jenner clan. We know she was trying to get back to Los Angeles in time for the festivities:

But it seems that, wherever Kylie Jenner was, she wasn’t able to get out in time. So: where was she?

Well–we know from Instagram that a pool was involved:

And we also know that Kylie Jenner was out with sister Kendall the night before:

But Kendall and Kylie were both “in town,” as far as greater L.A. is concerned. They were seen earlier in the day eating ice cream and shopping in Beverly Hills:

 

 

So: Where was Kylie Jenner on Father’s Day?

At least one report states that seventeen-year-old Kylie chose to spend the day with her 25-year-old boyfriend Tyga, and Tyga’s two-year-old son King Cairo. Caitlyn isn’t the biggest supporter of Kylie and Tyga’s relationship, and, according to the report, Kylie didn’t want to let her forget that.

However, Kylie did take the time to share a sweet Instagram post for Father’s Day. In it, she referred to her father as “my little light of sunshine.” It’s not clear whether she simply entered the first quotation mark too late, and the phrase “my little light of sunshine” is actually something that Bruce Jenner said to Kylie Jenner many years ago:

 

 

 

Happy Father’s Day my little light of sunshine. “You can still call me dad, Kylie. No matter what I’m always going to be your father. That’s never going to change.”
