Hot mama! Teen Mom 2‘s Kailyn Lowry has been on a mission to shed some weight for the past year — and her hard work continues to pay off.
“Twenty pounds to go,” she said on Instagram of the top picture. “Left was today, right was taken June 2014.”
So, how is Kailyn doing it? Because she no longer shares pictures of her kids on Instagram, most of her profile gives fans a taste of her exercise habits… And the girl is committed!
“Everyone works out for their own reasons, but at #crossfitdover you never feel like you’re on your own. Even if you’re the last to finish, you finished and nobody here will knock you for it,” she said on Instagram of her favorite type of workout, adding she’s working toward her first CrossFit Games. “No other gym will make you feel like part of a TEAM.”
In addition to working out, Kail continues to eat well, which she said was a big challenge because she was addicted to food. To help shape while she slims, Kailyn is also making use of a waist trainer, which she recently raved about on Instagram by saying, “I’ve been using it for two months now and I am loving the results.”
Although Kailyn described her weight loss process as “long and slow,” there’s no denying that it’s paying off!
