Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry gave birth to her third son on August 5, and since that time she has been keeping everyone — including herself — in suspense over what his name will be. That all ended Sunday night when Kail FINALLY revealed the name of Isaac and Lincoln’s little brother!
From Kail:
Lux Russell, 08/05/17 ? 7 lbs 15 oz, 19 3/4” born at 3 am on the dot. It only took us 7 weeks to decide a name and 8 weeks to make it official ? thank you to @shophighway3 for our first personalized blanket to announce.
It’s Lil Lux Lowry y’all! (Actually, I’m just assuming his last name is Lowry — Kail didn’t include that in her post.)
Some commenters wanted clarification on the pronunciation and Kail wrote “lux like luck with an x ?” Another commenter went in on Kail and asked her why it took sooooo long to come up with a name.
“Welll, for one, I didn’t know if I was having a boy or girl,” Kail explained. “And for two, maybe I wanted to see his/her first before deciding.”
So Isaac, Lincol and Lux. I guess if they start a boy band they could just go by their first initials: ILL. 🙂
I love creative names — and not just because it makes my job more fun! (As far as work goes, I’m also a big fan of very short names lol) Anyways, congrats to Kail for finally coming up with a name she is happy with. I look forward to typing “Lux” for years to come.
