‘Hot Pastor’ Rich Wilkerson Jr. gets his own show with wife DawnCheré Wilkerson, The Wilkersons
“Hot Pastor” Rich Wilkerson Jr., the breakout star of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s wedding, is now set to rival the bride’s family with his own reality show.
According to a press release from Oxygen, The Wilkersons is co-executive produced by the 30-year-old pastor, Giuliana Rancic and Jason Kennedy. It is based on Rich’s life with wife DawnCheré Wilkerson as they “share their innovative and thought-provoking ministering with both the believers and non-believers.”
Pastor Rich Wilkerson made international headlines when he married friends Kanye West and Kim Kardashian in a glamorous wedding in Florence, Italy. But even though he preaches to the A-list, his true passion is sharing his faith with the world and being part of a movement of young believers. A more entertaining way of spreading the gospel, this series not only walks with people through the struggles of their lives, but also sheds light on how Rich Wilkerson and his wife DawnCheré are committed to making church and faith fun as well as unexpected.
Together, the Miami-based pastors (yes, her too!) lead “The Rendezvous,” a weekly worship gathering that combines music, teaching, discipleship and the arts “to encourage and inspire this generation to live for Christ.”
Producer Jason Kennedy told E! News he is thankful Oxygen has given the Wilkersons the platform to share their message.
“Rich and DawnCheré are some of the most fascinating people I’ve ever been around,” Jason said. “I can’t believe we get to finally share their story with the world.”
The young couple will likely also be joined on the show by the rest of the Wilkerson clan, which includes multiple generations of pastors.

In fact, the elder Rich Wilkerson and wife Robyn Wilkerson are co-pastors at the non-denominational Trinity Church in Miami. They also founded Peacemakers, which aims to help local people in crisis by moving them from “their continual state of desperation and need to a place of sustainability and peace.”
The Wilkersons will likely debut on Oxygen in 2015.
