Charlie Sheen’s embattled ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, has been receiving supervised visits with her twin sons Bob and Max according to sources with Radar. These visits have been facilitated by the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services.
Social workers usher the 4-year-olds from the home of their current guardian and another ex-wife of Sheen’s, Denise Richards, to the rental house Mueller currently calls home in southern Orange County, California. The 35-year-old lives in the house, located near the treatment facility where the socialite began her 21st stint in rehab, with a sober living coach and several staff members.
A friend of Mueller’s said, “Brooke is randomly drug tested by the clinic and child protective services and she has been clean for almost 90 days.”
Richards has been commended for the wonderful job she’s done in looking after the boys in Mueller’s absence. Brooke has stated that her desire is to regain custody of her children. In order to do so, she will have to prove to DCFS a continued commitment to sobriety.
