Bristol Palin has recently filed legal docs in the ongoing feud between herself and the father of her son Tripp, Levi Johnston.
The accusations she’s making against Johnston as he seeks split custody with Tripp include:
• $67,000 behind in child support
• He doesn’t visit Tripp on a regular basis
• Levi is so in the red, that it constitutes a felony under the laws of their home state, Alaska
According to TMZ, Bristol even wants the judge to proclaim for the record that the author of “Deer in the Headlights: My Life in the Sarah Palin’s Crosshairs” is voluntarily underemployed.
