Anderson, Indiana resident and Teen Mom star Amber Portwood was out on the town earlier today along with ex-fiance Gary Shirley and their daughter Leah and the small town’s first paparazzo was there to capture it all on film memory card!
Amber did little to help her aggressive image by sporting a thuggish stocking cap, but did manage to warm a few hearts by posing for a nice photo with Leah and some party balloons that seem to suggest the threesome was out celebrating Amber’s birthday!
Perhaps it was for Amber’s birthday party, but whatever the reason Gary later changed into formal attire, throwing a dark jacket over his long-sleeve Affliction t-shirt:
According to Radar Online Amber is reportedly allowing herself to be monitored by Indiana’s child protective services for a six month period following her telvised abuse of Gary Shirley on MTV.
“Amber is under a lot of pressure largely because of media scrutiny and misinformation but what happened today was Amber is going to enter into an informal adjustment with The Division of Child Services,” her attorney Robert Schembs tells the site.
“An informal adjustment means that we are working directly with a family,” child services’ spokesperson Ann Houseworth told RadarOnline.com.
“We are putting local resources in place, such as family classes or support mechanism, including therapy so the child does not have to be removed from the home to remain safe.
