She will kick major ass – with her major ass!
So says the tagline for Uwe Boll’s new super hero comedy in which we are introduced to Blubberella, a half human, half vampire (more like two-thirds human, two-thirds vampire!) set on bringing down the Nazi empire.
Up until now all we had was a thumbnail of the movie poster and the above tagline, but prepare to be fed a big, fat, juicy movie trailer:
In a time when evil is arising
and all hope is fading
only a true hero
can bring salvation.
The Luftwaffe and blietzkrieg are no match for fatvergnügen as Blubberella eats these fascists – and just about everything else – for breakfast! (Luftwaffles?) The trailer looks like it was directed by Two-ton Tarrantino with machine guns, stabbings, Nazis, Matrix-inspired special effects, lingerie, domestic violence, rolling pins, sandwiches, gruel and cotton candy!
Uwe Boll directs and stars in the film alongside Clint Howard, Michael Pare and Lindsay Hollister as Blubberella.
One of the most notoriously bad directors in the film industry, Boll may have found his calling with this one! There is no release date yet – all the trailer says is “coming soon!” Something tells me this movie might build up enough internet momentum to get at least a limited theatrical release, but they’ll need to have special Blubberella-sized popcorn barrels and 2-liter Cokes available for movie goers if they want to do it right!
