The Jenelle Evans Ex Files curse continues as the Teen Mom 2 star’s former beau Kieffer Delp will officially be headed to trial for multiple felony charges stemming from his January arrest after police found the components of a meth lab in his Pennsylvania apartment.
McKees Rocks Borough Magistrate Bruce Boni made the decision earlier today. According to online records, Kieffer is still being charged with all of the following counts:
MISDEMEANOR – Possession Of A Controlled Substance
MISDEMEANOR – Use/Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia
MISDEMEANOR – Knowingly Possess Ephedrine3rd DEGREE FELONY – Risking Catastrophe
3rd DEGREE FELONY – Deposits, Stores, Disposes Chemical Waste
2nd DEGREE FELONY – Operating A Methamphetamine Lab
FELONY – Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver
Court reporter Steve Pope first broke the news about Kieffer’s case moving forward, and he reveals that Jenelle may not be the only girlfriend Kieffer feels betrayed by. “A detective testified today, that Delp’s girlfriend alerted police to the lab the day before he was arrested,” Steve tweeted.
Kieffer remains behind bars at the Allegheny County Jail, reportedly because he has been unable to post bail. That seems rather astonishing given that his original bail amount of $50,000 was lowered to $1,000 on January 23.
Kieffer’s next court appearance is scheduled for May 4 when he will be formally arraigned on the charges listed above.
In case you missed it, Kieffer was arrested on January 10 as a result of an ongoing investigation. McKees Rocks Police Chief Richard Deliman said that they received several complaints about the apartment, and after a few weeks investigating, officers obtained a search warrant for the property. It was stated at the time that Kieffer was the only person arrested even though there was a female present in the apartment. I assume that this was the girlfriend that turned Kieffer in.
Judging from this photo of Kieffer’s door just after his arrest, I am guessing that Kieffer’s girlfriend may have had at least three letters of her name in common with the Delper’s most famous ex:

Kieffer joins a long list of men who have been (or who currently are) involved romantically with Jenelle who have had a rough time in 2018. The only significant others to have escaped the curse are Gary Head and Jace’s dad Andrew Lewis — although I cannot confirm whether or not Andrew has been in any trouble because I have no idea what he is up to.
