Farrah Abraham has come up with a unique way to help promote the upcoming season of Teen Mom OG while at the same time showing off her 6-year-old daughter, and advertising products: creating an Instagram page for Sophia.
Earlier this week, SophiaLAbraham’s Instagram page was launched. Her bio lists Sophia as:

Keep in mind, however, that Farrah isn’t the first Teen Mom to create a social media account for her child.
Maci also has an Instagram page and YouTube channel devoted to her 8-year-old Bentley. And, believe it or not, that’s old compared to other kids in the spotlight.
The record for the youngest celebrity child to have their own social media prescense goes to Ice-T and Coco’s daughter Chanel who, at just one day old, had her own Twitter and Instagram accounts. The 2-week-old baby has close to 200,000 followers.
When you think about it, there’s not a big difference between a parent posting pics of her children on their personal page versus creating an account specifically for her child. I think the important factor to consider is how the account is being used.
Bentley and Chanel’s pages, for example, are filled with family photos, pictures with friends, and cute moments with their pets.
Sophia’s Instagram was created just 2 days ago and already has eight posts, six of which are promotions for the new season of Teen Mom OG, a book subscription, and Farrah’s Mommy and Me spa kit.
Some critics would argue that using a small child as a way to promote products and make money is wrong, but I have a feeling Farrah would disagree. After all, this isn’t the first time she’s faced criticism for how she’s raising her daughter. Remember when she gave Sophia $600 for losing a tooth only to end up giving her $1,300 for losing another one two months later? Or the time she waxed Sophia’s eyebrows or put make-up on her for her 1st grade class picture?
Farrah always stands by her choices as a parent, and backs down for no haters. She’s unapologetic when it comes to hustling in order to make money for her and Sophia.
