Jenna Jameson seems to be spiraling out of control. In the last year, the XXX actress has been arrested twice, once for DUI and another time for battery. Prior to that, Jenna’s boyfriend Tito Ortiz told press that Jenna was addicted to Oxycontin and was acting erratically. As a result, Tito has reportedly taken their two children away from her.
According to TMZ sources, Tito had recently grown concerned that Jenna was no longer capable of caring for their four-year-old twins. His concerns led to a confrontation with Jenna over their custody agreement and now, Tito has become the boys’ primary caregiver.
In addition to that, sources claim that Jenna moved out of the home she and Tito shared in Huntington Beach, which seems to be a confirmation that the two have officially split after dating for over six years.
Just last week, Jenna avoided battery charges after the Orange County District Attorney’s office determined there wasn’t enough evidence to charge her in the case. Jenna was originally arrested for battery earlier this month after she reportedly attacked her assistant Britney Markham by punching her in the head and stomach with her brass-knuckles iPhone case (as seen above).
While Jenna may no longer be facing battery charges, Britney still wants a restraining order placed against her and may also pursue a civil case.
