Alec Baldwin has had a good year. First, he and his wife Hilaria revealed that they are expecting a baby, and now, his daughter Ireland (the one he once called a “thoughtless little pig“) has been signed as a model with two major agencies. Ireland, whose mother is Kim Basinger, will now be working with Two Management in Los Angeles and IMG Models in New York.

“Officially working for @TwoManagement and  @IMGmodels,” the 17-year-old Ireland announced on Twitter just a few days ago. “I’m blessed, happy, and ready to WEEEEERK.” Ireland’s mom, Kim, signed with Ford Models at the young age of 16 before later transitioning into film.

Ireland looks to be the typical model. She’s blonde, she’s thin, and she stands tall at 6 foot two inches. According to her Tumblr page, Ireland studies acting, cinematography, and filmography and is also interested in alternative medicines, fitness, and health. She has eight dogs and calls herself a “coffee addict.”

Below is her diet regimen:

BREAKFAST: 1 cup of cooked steel cut oatmeals mixed with cinnamon, 2 tbsp of almonds, 1/2 a cup of raspberries, and 1/2 of blueberries. I have 2 cups of green tea with breakfast.

MORNING SNACK: I workout most mornings, and depending on my workout, I will either have a protein shake consisting of vegan vegetable protein powder (chocolate flavor), bananas, hemp milk and ice. Some mornings, I have a green smoothie with almond milk, pineapple, spinach, kale, parsley, mint, lemon and a little raw honey or agave. If I didn’t work out at all, I have an apple or a pear.

LUNCH: I usually always have a salad of some kind. I try to get a salad with an array of colors. I like to have mixed greens, carrots, beets, tomato, mushrooms, spinach, and avocados. I hate dressing on my salad, but I put a little balsamic every now and then. If i don’t have a salad, I usually have cooked quiona, lettuce, sauteed kale and butternut squash and I mix them all together in a bowl.

AFTERNOON SNACK: 2 tbsp of almonds or a green juice with celery, cucumber, kale, and spinach or a juice with grapefruit, orange, lemon, and ginger.

DINNER: For dinner I usually have 4 ounces or wild salmon with steamed vegetables and quiona, or a small chicken breast with sauteed kale and quiona. If I eat entirely vegan for dinner, I eat the same quiona bowl variation as suggested for lunch. Some nights I will have salmon sashimi or albacore sashimi from a sushi bar and a bowl of clear soup with mushrooms. I really love having a light dinner and having a filling soup. I usually have vegetable soup or I have this soup.

A few months ago, Ireland gushed over her former model mother Kim, telling the world she is “the most naturally beautiful woman there ever was and will be.”
